The ACSS and ICPSS creator is responsible to accurately and efficiently process and records routine transactions for bank customers including all invoices.
Creating the ACSS and ICPSS form in system.
Identify invoices, validate and relevant account number during conduct of transactions.
Record all transactions promptly and accurately.
Regularly check and monitor the ACSS and ICPSS system.
Ensure strict control over selecting the right account number according to the invoice.
Resolve issues and problems with customers for relevant accounts
Responisible to strickly maintain the system password.
Understand, adopt and adhere to bank policies, procedures, instruction and guideline.
Be Cautious while Process the transactions from all aspects and make sure that the transaction is accurate as required.
Responsible to reconcile and report the entire transactions which is done by at the end of day.
Any other task assigned by line manager.
1.Bachelor degree in BBA or Economic
2.At least should have 2 years experience in the related field
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Knowledge of Pashto, Dari and English both written and oral
