Job Description:

General Objective:

The Admin Clerk will be responsible for assisting the company director in the performance of all administrative, financial and technical activities according to the MF policies and procedures. The position is based in Kabul

Specific Objectives and Duties:

The following duties are illustrative.  The Admin Clerk will be assigned all of the following duties and tasks.

Assist the MF Offices in coordinating  Administration, Finance and Procurement activities;
Maintain an orderly office filing system;
Assist and facilitate the staff with official memos and correspondence;
Work with deputy director to reconcile MF financial issues; 
Schedule and prepare materials for meetings; takes, prepares, and distributes minutes from meetings;
assist  the MF office with taking goods and related services quotations
participate in bid opening sessions on behalf  of  the  MF
assist the MF with supply of goods to  the clients and process RFQ  documents

Job Requirements:

Baccalaureate from School
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Computer literate, including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheet management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to work beyond official work hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary.

basic knowledge of quickbooks
Fluent in Dari and/or Pashto required
