Job Summary:

In this task, you must have good conversational power and good social relationships. Therefore, the academic and ethical spirit is very important in our relationships with our students.

Within a centralized admissions environment, The Admission Officer plays a crucial role in a range of internal and external customers to deal with. Attention to detail and excellent administration skills are a must, as is the highest level of professionalism to support the Strategic Enrollment Management Manager for driving attraction & retention of students at Dunya University.

Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develops admissions organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

Establishes admissions operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

Promotes the university and attracts new students by maintaining working relationships with other university departments; working closely with the alumni office and the publications department.

Maintain the continuing flow of quality applicants and transfers to the university by analyzing trends in enrollment and marketing activities, leading activities to continue programs that are effective; modifying programs; presenting new sales strategies for the university’s recruitment and admission activities.

Maximizes recruiting and admissions processing by using state-of-the-art recruiting and admissions computer technology.

Gains the respect of diverse individual groups by demonstrating the ability of the university to respond to the concerns and interests of its minority communities.

Enhances admissions department and university reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirement:

Qualification and Experience

Master Degree in Mass Communication, political science, related social sciences, MBA, or any other relevant field, with 3years of relevant work experience; or Bachelor Degree in any of the above fields with 5 years of relevant work experience. The mentioned experience should be in administrative, management, process/function control.
Able to communicate formally and efficiently in English, Dari, and Pashtu languages.
Candidates should be between the ages of 28 to 38 years.
