Afghanistan Educational and Health Aid Organization “AEHDAO” is a non for profit, non-political, non sectarian and non-governmental organization registered with Ministry of Economy (MoE) at the end of 2020 with registration number 5085. AEHDAO is mandated to work for education, research and development, health care, advocacy and communication, training and capacity building. AEHDAO was established by a group of committed, dedicated and professional volunteers to offer result-oriented services to rural, urban slums and urban areas of Afghanistan. AEHDAO’s services will be delivered through utilization of easy adaptable, contextual, well-received and participatory community empowerment strategies, as per the key principles of result based management (RBM) approaches, and in line with Afghanistan national development priorities and national strategic plans. On the other hand, considering the professional/technical capacities in provision of primary education and public health services, AEHDAO is one of the pioneer local NGO that provides contemporary, affordable and quality educational and public health services to Afghan population.

Job Description:

Leading project planning sessions

Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing plan including risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Manage implementation of project activities as per agreed timeline
Coordinate closely project activities with stakeholders and partners involved
Monitoring and evaluating the projects
Administrative responsibilities in the office
Supervise, guide and coach the project team
Organize on job trainings related Project TB and other Diseases
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to introduce the purpose of program and gain support for the intervention
Ensure that project targets and objectives are achieved, proposes alternatives when needed
Budget planning and follow-up
Collecting, analyzing data and saving data in proper methods
Prepare project monthly and quarterly reports and action plans
Ensure availability of relevant guidelines and documentation within project site
Ensure timely and rational supply management of project facilities
Assist in searching external resources for financial support of the project
Report to the Operation Director on weekly and monthly basis
Attend organization meetings when required
And other tasks given by the Director

Job Requirements:

University Degree (MD)
Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience working in Project Management
Experience of at least 5 years in implementation of protection related projects
Experience liaising with stakeholders 
Good knowledge of computer/MS Office programs
Experience in budget management
Experience managing multidisciplinary team
Fluency in Pashto and Dari and English
