Job Description:

Job Summary:

Human resource manager is responsible for recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance evaluation and employee counseling. Further, s/he is supposed to perform all HR related activities effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the personnel files as per instructions of KRO HR policy
Make sure timesheets are submitted on time and correctly filled by all employees and send them to finance for payroll process
Assure that employee performance evaluations are completed as scheduled and filed in a separate file
Set up and maintain a system to track vacation, sick and holiday leave
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Overseeing exit interviews
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures

Any other tasks assigned by regional director

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar related field with 3 years’ experience in HR & Management.
Excellent computer skills in word processing and excel.
Outstanding team building and management skill.
Negotiation and decision-making skills.
Ability to make decision and get measurable results through a diverse team.
Ability to manage and direct a multicultural and multi-disciplinary team.
Time-management and organization skills.
Fluency in written and oral communication skills (English and local languages).
