Job Description:

Scope of work:

This is three months on-the-job training program only for those Afghan youth who have no experience in office management. The main purpose of this program is to provide an opportunity and enhance the capabilities of Afghan youth particularly Fresh graduates to apply knowledge and skills in the practical working environment and gain experience in their field of study and interest. In this internship program of SCA, the trainees to a maximum extent can benefit from the experience and guidance of SCA staff as well as doing the job themselves. During the training, the trainees are getting extensive knowledge about the activities of the various departments and units of SCA. Besides valuable knowledge, daily transportation (pick & drop if applicable), lunch, monthly cash allowance, and a training completion certificate will also be provided to the Interns.

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting the Senior Tax Officer in the filing system (hard copies) 
To help the tax function in the preparation of required documents as per instruction provided.
Assisting the Senior Tax officer in reconciling the taxes liability account.
Assisting Senior Tax Assistant in submitting and processing all standard tax forms of wages, contractor and rental building to MTO.
To take copies of voucher and another tax-related supporting document of all concern Regional Management or Field Offices.
Recording voucher number from Account schedule of SCALA system into tax datasheet records.
Assisting Senior Tax Assistant in the entry of tax data into the tax Database.
To scan all tax payment slips of contractors, wages and Rent.
Assisting Senior Tax officer and Senior Tax Assistant in all matters related to taxes.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BBA Hons)/ Economics, Accounting & Finance
Able to communicate in English (in written and orally) at a basic level.
Basic knowledge of computer use especially Word and Excel.
To be an Afghan citizen
To be a graduate student from a recognized university but no longer than 24 months ago graduated.
To have had no formal work experience
