Since April 2020 GIZ implements the ALP Literacy Program that contributes to national and international efforts to establish a stable security sector in accordance with the principles of rule of law.
Collection of monthly timesheets and other supporting documents of the facilitators from the provinces, for the payment process.
Preparing payments, deductions and reports of the facilitator’s salary.
Supporting the literacy unit in checking of the facilitators contract related document for any mistakes and inconsistencies and their proper filing.
Supporting in preparation of the monthly payroll
Facilitating the collection of all required supporting documents of the contractors from the provinces
Regular update of the the checklist and making sure that all B – Personal files are completed, up to date and filed in a good order.
Support in the process of contract printings, sorting, completion of signatures, packing and sending to provinces for contractor signature process.
Trucking the on-time contract delivery process to the provinces and return of the signed contracts.
Responsible for timely updating of the document’s tracker to/From provinces.
Support in maintenance of proper filings, regularly checking of the contract files for any missing documents or disordering.
Support in follow up with missing payments of the facilitators response to their question queries and complains.
Support in scanning of all contract files of the contract department
Making blacklist check of the contractors when required.
Any other task given by head of department.
University degree in a relevant discipline such as in Economics or Business Administration
Minimum of one year of professional experience preferably with international organizations
Fully proficient computer and communication skills
Other knowledge, additional competences
Excellent communication skills in English and local official languages
Interpersonal and team-working skills
Ability to travel to the provinces of Afghanistan
