Job Description:

Lazuli Pamir Consulting Engineering Services Co is looking for a qualified Management & Leadership instructor. The instructors must have a good understanding of Management & Leadership skills needed in the job market and customize the teaching curriculum to meet those needs. At the end of the Management & Leadership training sessions, the students should be confident about their knowledge of Management & Leadership skills.

Job Requirements:

Curriculum development:

Develop the curriculum outline.
Review materials available in the market place and select materials that will improve students’ management & leadership skills in the areas of personal development, pre-employability, job market-oriented skills & employment;
Develop the complete implementation plan for teaching the course within an agreed time frame.
Develop the teacher and student materials to be distributed for each lesson (s).
Ensure all handouts and assignments are applicable to real-life situations.
Ability to manage Online classrooms to ensure student’s participation;
Familiar with different kinds of classroom seating arrangements to maximize learning and maintain classroom interest;
Ability to use the computer in teaching Management & Leadership skills – as opposed to paper-based assignments.
Good understanding of what skills are required in the employer market.
Good understanding of the differences between management and leadership and what are the key topics that need to be included in the development of the curriculum.
Good understanding of how professionalism and technical skills in the job market are different from those required in one’s personal lives.
Ability to teach job search/career information workshops, presentations skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition.
Ability to manage online training.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to develop curriculums for teaching Management & Leadership skills;
Demonstrated ability in managing online classrooms.
Excellent understanding of pedagogical skills that improve learning outcomes;
Demonstrated ability in writing reports on student performance, challenges and successes;
Strong skills in the use of MS Word, Power Point presentation, writing emails;
Strong skills in using google to conduct basic research on google and write a report;
Meet deadlines and displays strong administrative and organizational skills; and
Demonstrate a capability to balance competing demands.
