The Afghanistan Institute of Banking and Finance (hereafter “Institute”) was established in 2010 to provide education, training, and research to Afghanistan’s banking and financial sector.

The Institute has delivered training on a broad range of subjects. In addition, it has established various relationships with national and international well recognized institutions. From the beginning, the Institute was created as an independent non-profit organization with its own facilities and full-time training and support staff.

The Institute is established to enhance professional competencies and aimed to develop the human resources capacity at all levels of financial sector. Later on the scope of it was extended to the Public, NGOs, Corporates and Government Institutions. Capacity building programs and materials are designed and delivered according to the Afghanistan working context, existing laws and regulations, and methodology of learning. Trainees are benefited from a collective practical work experience of highly qualified trainers. AIBF plays a key role in initiation of capacity building by providing national and internationally recognized certifications such as CAMS, PMP, CIA, CFE, APRM, PRM, CFCS, ACCA, , PCIF , CIMP, CHRMP, CMP,  and IFC soft skill modules. In addition, the Institute also provides exam taking facilities for ACCA, INCEIF, ACAMS, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and Pearson VUE vendors.

Job Description:

  • Prepare course curriculum and instructional materials using the required standards and formats
  • Teaches ACCA and FIA classes
  • Maintain records related to teaching training course in conformance with the policies and procedures
  • Develop course outlines and prepare an in-class presentation for training topics
  • Preparing mock exams for ACCA and FIA students
  • Maintaining ACCA and FIA student’s admission and classes records
  • Regular students counseling and addressing their issues
  • Support the other sections in the development process of curriculum development
  • Fulfilling ACCA requirements for sustaining Gold Learning Partner Status
  • Provide support to the program Department on Academic issues
  • Present themselves into the clients of the institute in a professional manner
  • Deliver 50-60 training hours a month
  • Provide advice on activities that will improve the department and its academic contents
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

The Trainer (ACCA), must have teaching experience and have good communication and writing skills. The incumbent of the position shall be fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari.

The candidate should have at least 3-4 years of teaching experience

The candidate must be an ACCA finalist or member.
