About Ministry of Public Health: Founded:   The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

Job Summary:

اجراي ولادت هاي نورمال وخدمات رهنماي خانواده براي مريضان.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1.  اجراي ولادت هاي نورمال وخدمات رهنماي خانواده براي مريضان.
  2. پيشبرد امور مربوطه مراقبت مريضان از قبيل ثبت نمودن علايم حياتي ، زرقيات، تطبيق ادويه مطابق تجويز داکترو پانسمان نمودن جروحات در سرويس مربوطه
  3. جمع آوري مسؤولانة معلومات وارقام در مورد مريضان داخل و خارج بستر که تحت مراقبتش بوده است
  4. سهمگيري فعال در طرح و تطبيق آموزش هاي مختلف داخل خدمت براي کارمندان صحي محلي در محدودة شفاخانه
  5. بلند بردن فعالانة سطح دانش مسلکي مخصوصاً در رابطه به رهنمود هاي صحي و فعاليت هاي مسلکي
  6. برخورد نيک و دوستانه با مراجعين و همکاران
  7. مراعات نمودن تمام مقررات و دسپلين
  8. اشتراک در راپور هاي صبحانه شفاخانه
  9. انجام تمام وظايف رسمي ديگر که از طرف اداره شفاخانه سپرده مي شود
  10. اشتراک در تطبيق ستندرد هاي شفاخانه خصوصا در بخش ولادي وعضويت کميته PQI شفاخانه
  11. اشتراک در ارزيابي هاي ستندرد هاي شفاخانه و تهيه پلان کاري براي بهبود تطبيق سنتدرد ها ّ

Job Requirement:

  1. فارغ رشته قابلگي از یکی از انستیتیوت های راجستر شده وزارت صحت عامه.
  2. داشتن حد اقل 2 سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه
  3. داشتن قوه افهام و تفهيم
  4. داراي شخصيت مهربان ودلسوز
