About Ministry of Public Health: Founded:   The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) is tasked with a critical mandate; to deliver and promote sustainable and accessible health care services to the people of Afghanistan. Social and economic advancement can only be realized in a thriving and healthy society. The success of the MoPH is heavily driven in its ability to plan and use allocated resources effectively. Effective financial management is therefore critical for sustainable development and is the primary tool that translates the MoPH development strategies into noticeable outcomes or service delivery. Good governance and democratic accountability relies on transparent management of the MoPH budget. Therefore, ineffective financial management undermines the effectiveness and efficiency of development interventions and hinders the country’s progress towards improved and sustainable health care. MoPH finance directorate is going through a reform process and after reviewing the structure of finance directorates of other line ministries such as MRRD, MoE and MAIL, has proposed a new and standard structure that is approved by MoPH leadership, for this purpose MoPH needs a qualified staff as head of coordination and reporting unite, to take the responsibility of overall coordination and financial reporting of MoPH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

مسؤلیت های وظیفوی:

1. ثبت و راجستر منظم ادویه داده شده، مصرفي و ضایعات 

2. حصول اطمینان از نگهداري و تامین کیفیت ادویه دردواخانه شفاخانه 

3. مراقبت از چگونگي مصرف ادویه، سامان ووسایل طبي درشفاخانه 

4. ترتیب لست ادویه ، سامان و وسایل طبي مورد نیاز شفاخانه 

5. ترتیب به موقع لست ادویه تاریخ گذشته به مرجع مربوط 

6. گزارشدهي منظم از اجراات کاري شان به آمر مربوطه 

7. اشتراک فعال در طرح و انجام آموزش های داخل خدمت که درشفاخانه تدویر مییابد

8. انجام نو کريوالي مطابق تقسيم اوقات که از طرف اداره شفاخانه تهيه شده است

9. تعقيب تطبيق و مراعات نمودن جدي ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مر بوطه

10. اشتراک در تهيه پلان کاري ستندرد ها مطابق ارزيابي ربع وار و تعقيب ان 

11. انجام ساير وظايف مرتبط به وظیفه که ازطرف اداره شفاخانه سپرده ميشود

Job Requirement:

• درجه تحصیل : فارغ التحصیل یکی از انستیتیوت های طبی در بخش فارمسی . 

• تجارب لازمه :سه سال تجربه کاری در بخش فارمسی

• مهارت های دیگر : آشنائی با لسان انگلیسی وکمپیوتر
