Job Summary:

The mission of this job is to ensure the corporate sales and to ensure alignment with key strategic objectives

To build and execute Corporate Clients/ Accounts to grow MTN presence and share in the market and also manage assigned accounts to ensure active development of deals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Tasks: 

·      Sell postpaid lines to corporate entities

·      Coordinate to respond corporate account RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation).

·      Resolving and handling corporate customers’ complaints

·      Verification of team daily field visit reports

·      Assist in the design of mid-term corporate sales and service strategy 

·      Implement corporate sales strategies using the key account management approach in order to drive market share within the corporate environment

·      Compile daily field visit reports, daily postpaid activation report, postpaid conversion report, follow up of customer complaints until resolution

·      Arranging meeting time and visiting corporate clients

·      Drive execution of implementation plans and ensure execution of initiatives and activities 

·      Conduct and assist in the relevant analysis of market knowledge, trends and competitive information

·      Implement, manage and maintain account plans 

·      Ensure a strong culture of relationship building and the development and provision of solutions for clients is well established 

·      Manage customer churn and implement initiatives that will identify and prevent churn

·      Implement alternative routes to corporate accounts 

·      Build a detailed forecasting and managed account process including the implementation of a structured account planning process for large clients

·      Conduct competitor and industry analysis

·      Drive solution offerings into identified corporate segments

Identify and grow segment specific, high value business opportunities

Job Requirement:

Minimum Requirements  

Education:

Bachelor in Business Administration

Experience:

3 years relevant experience

Professional selling skills
